Controls

• Arrows - Rotates player
• Z - Shoots
• X - Continue/Next
• P - Options menu

Auto-fire is enabled by default. Use the options menu to toggle auto-fire and music

How to play

Rotate around the cancerous masses while dodging their bullet assault.

Destroy all the masses to advance levels. Shoot the flashing core to wipe out all other masses.

You have unlimited lives but are timed. You only have 2-minutes to complete the game, but you gain time for every mass you destroy. Get hit and time will be reduced.

About the game

Mass 360 was an entry in the second Pico-8 Game Jam in Spring 2016.

This is a manic 360-degree shooter in the vein of Gyruss and Tempest. Blast away cancerous masses to attack the core and stop things from spreading. You only have a limited amount of time to clear all areas...can you do it?

Mass360 was inspired by my dad's own battle with cancer. Thankfully, he won "the game" and has been cancer free for years now.
